Apollo 20 HP & LP Supplied Air Respirator
Our Most economical respirator delivers lots of value. The Apollo 20 is a single-shell construction helmet supported by an adjustable suspension. The Apollo 20 comes standard with DLX comfort-fit suspension. The DLX suspension surrounds the operator’s head with comfortable padding. A chin strap holds the helmet firmly in place. The rectangular window provides a clear field of view. An inner fixed lens and one middle lens seal out dust and abrasive.
Apollo 60 HP & LP Supplied Air Respirator
The blast industry's most popular and comfortable respirator, the Apollo 60 features double-shell construction, sound-deadening foam, and large window. The Apollo 60 is NIOSH-approved, and protects against lead dust at concentrations 1000 times greater than the permissible exposure limit. Available for use with compressed air (HP Model) or air pump (LP Model).
Apollo 600 HP & LP Supplied Air Respirator
The Clemco Apollo Series Supplied-Air Respirators are hallmarks of safety, comfort, and performance. Recognizable by their bright red-orange color, Apollo 600 Respirators are easily visible on the job site. Their wide-span window offers the wearer a commanding view of the work surface and broad-scope peripheral vision. The 600 has new features making it comfortable to wear, easier to maintain, and more durable, promising a long service life.
The Apollo 600 is a single-shell helmet with two adjustable suspension options. The DLX comfort-fit suspension (2 sizes) surrounds the operators head with comfortable padding. The adjustable web suspension fits head sizes 6.5 to 8. Adjustable chin strap holds the helmet in position on the operator’s head.
Seasonal Light-Duty Blast Suit
The Clemco light-duty blast suit protects the operator from the impact of rebounding abrasive. The suit is a cost-effective alternative to a heavy-duty suit for intermittent or short-term blasting, and for non-blast personnel working at the blast site. It weighs less than Clemco's heavy-duty blast suit.
The nylon and cotton construction is easily machine washable. Discarding the light-duty suit after a toxic dust job wastes less money. For rental outlets, the low-cost suit makes it possible to stock suits in sizes to fit almost any customer. (Optional gauntlet gloves protect hands and wrists.)
Traditional Heavy-Duty Blast Suit
The Clemco heavy-duty blast suit and gauntlet-style leather gloves protect the blast operator from the impact of rebounding abrasive. Heavy cotton fabric on back of suit allows air to circulate, while fronts of arms and legs are protected by leather panels. Straps at cuffs adjust to fit, keeping out dust and abrasive. The red color stands out in a blast environment. It is lighter in weight than all-leather or all-rubber suits. (Optional gauntlet gloves protect hands and wrists.)
CPF 20 and CPF 80 Air Filter
Clemco's CPF in-line air filters remove moisture, oil, and dirt particles from compressed air before it reaches your respirator. Multi-stage filtration system includes activated charcoal to eliminate odors and improve the "taste" of your breathing air. Available for one to four air lines; used with HP Model respirators.
Cool Air Tube
The Clemco Cool Air Tube (CAT) allows the blast operator to control the temperature and volume of air to a Clemco high-pressure Type CE continuous flow supplied-air respirator within a preset range and to cool the air by as much as 50°F
Climate Control Tube
The Clemco Climate Control Tube (CCT) allows the blast operator to cool or warm the incoming compressed air to a Clemco high-pressure Type CE continuous flow supplied-air respirator.
CAP-1 Ambient Air Pump
The Apollo Ambient Air Pump conveys breathing air from a clean environment outside the work area to a low-pressure type CE supplied-air respirator worn by an operator inside the blast environment or work zone. The oil-less pump moves the air from a clean-air environment to the respirator without introducing oil, carbon monoxide, or other contaminants.
CAP-4 Ambient Air Pump
The Apollo Ambient Air Pump conveys breathing air from a clean-air environment outside the work area to low-pressure respirators worn by one to four operators inside the blast environment. The CAP-4 pumps air to the respirators without introducing oil, carbon monoxide, or other contaminants. Supplies air to up to 4 operators.
