External Pipeline Coatings

Prime I-Zinc

A two component solvented coating, based on an ethyl silicate binder incorporates a zinc component which cures to a inorganic, hard corrosion resistant layer which protects the steel in a similar way to galvanizing.

Pipetank 165 Hotcoat

A two component solvent free polyurethane coating consisting of a base polyol component & a highly reactive isocyanate activator, when reacted together form a hard, tough, highly adherent coating used in extreme immersion & buried conditions.

Pipetank 8880

Two component, solvented zinc-phosphate anti corrosive epoxy coating used as a primer or intermediate coating over inorganic zinc & epoxy primers.

Pipetank 8900 Mastic Epoxy

A two component solvented, high solids low VOC modified epoxy coating designed to adhere on to manually prepared surfaces providing excellent corrosion protection.

Finishcoat Polyurethane 4:1

A two component solvented Polyurethane formulated for use as a top/finish coat on suitably prepared surfaces.

Pipetank EA 900 PW Primer - Intercoat

A two component solvented epoxy primer/intermediate coat for corrosion protection on metal substrates.

Mainline Coating for high temperature pipelines. The CanusaClad system provides superior corrosion protection & excellent bonding on pipelines operating between 80°C & 120°C.
