Two component solventless epoxy coating.

A high performance solventless epoxy formulation used as a high quality lining for steel and concrete pipes and vessels. Suitable for contact with drinking water, these linings provide long-term corrosion protection to steel and concrete surfaces in immersion conditions.

• Designed for application by plural component hot airless spray equipment.

• Can be applied 1000µm thick in one application without sagging.

• Highly water resistant properties.

• Performs well in factory production conditions.

• High gloss, hard cured surface produces low friction conditions for pipe internals.

• Can be applied by brush on small areas such as pipe ends.

• Excellent air release ensures minimum pinholes.

• Excellent long term corrosion resistance under immersion conditions ( typical Specification 300 - 500µm).

• Used as a high quality linings lining for tanks and pipes, applied directly onto suitably prepared steel surfaces in single or multi coat applications.

• Excellent adhesion to correctly prepared surfaces.

• Conforms to SANS 1217 Type 1B Drinking water requirement.

• Excellent erosion resistance when conveying slurries.

• Pigmented activator ensures mixing control.
