Two component solventless polyurethane coating consisting of a base poly ol component and a highly reactive isocyanate activator.

A high performance solventless high build polyurethane coating for use in extreme immersion and buried conditions. Used as an abrasion resistant pipelining for backfill, slurry or raw water with abrasive particles or as a rugged exterior coating for buried pipes. Also used for lining and coating tanks. Applied using plural component hot airless spray equipment.

• Can be applied 500 - 2000µm thick.

• Fast application designed for factory conditions.

• Resistant to permeability, corrosion, chemicals and abrasion.

• Good impact resistance.

• Withstands backfill abuse in pipeline trenches.

• Resistant to Cathodic Disbondment and buried conditions.

• Suitable for sweater, sewage and raw water, chemically polluted water and mining conditions.

• Can be applied to steel and concrete surfaces.

• Typical specification dry film thickness 1mm.
