Two component solventless phenolic epoxy, cured with a modified amine forming a hard, tough, tightly adherent coating resistant to mineral acids and solvents.

A high performance solventless phenolic resin/activator blend, which has been fully tested under laboratory and site conditions to a wide range of acidic and chemical conditions, Applications include the lining of concrete or steel tanks, bund walls, culverts, interior of pipes and floors which come into contact with any of the above chemicals.

• Resistance to the following at 20°C.

  • 98% sulphuric acid, 36% Hydrochloric Acid, 75% Phosphoric Acid, 30% Nitric Acid, Sodium – Hypochlorite (12-14% available chlorine), 25% ammonia, Toluene, Non-Leaded Petrol, Sodium Hydroxide (all concentrations).

• Excellent resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage.

• Excellent adhesion on correctly prepared surfaces.

• Excellent erosion resistance in immersion in aqueous slurries.

• Recommended as a protective lining against a wide range of chemical immersion conditions.

• Up to 90°C chemical immersion temperature resistance.
