PlastiLine^® Polyurethane is a two component, quick drying, high build, cold applied polyurethane system that can be applied to asphalt and concrete surfaces. It is used as an extremely durable marking system for high traffic areas and lines or demarcations in warehousing where forklift traffic is present.

PlastiLine^® Polyurethane offers excellent flexibility and adhesion and can be used in interior or exterior conditions. The extended working time and excellent spray-ability ensures you get exceptionally clean lines when sprayed and can be rolled in areas where required.

Epoxy SB Walls & Floors is a two component, solvent based polyamide cured epoxy floor coating used for light to medium duty applications. This coating is highly flexible with good adhesion properties and is easily overcoatable making it easy to maintain. Where needed, the area can be applied with a non-slip finish.

Epoxy SB Floors & Walls is best used for demarcating walkways in warehouses, factories and can be used for painting steel “vastrap/checker plate” flooring & stairs. Epoxy SB Floors & Walls can also be used for demarcations in warehouses or factories that are kept consistently clean with minimal forklift traffic.

PU 55 HB Topcoat is a solvent based, two component, aliphatic acrylic polyurethane coating with additional UV stabilizers. This coating produces a glossy finish that is colour stable and will resist mild chemicals, salt water, mineral & vegetable oils, aliphatic solvents and dilute splashes of industrial chemicals & aqueous solutions.

Flexible, tough & durable; PU 55 HB can be used for warehouse walkway demarcations, warehouse flooring and for demarcations in high traffic areas. Flooring and demarcations can easily be maintained with PU 55 HB Topcoats easy re-coatability.

A two component, solvent based, aliphatic, high solids, flexible polyester modified polyurethane coating.

PU DTM Flexi HB is a high performance tough & durable coating that can be used for the demarcation of warehouse flooring. It is suitable for walkways & areas of high traffic including forklifts and can be made non-slip where required. The polyester backbone gives this product excellent chemical resistance & superior scratch/mechanical resistance.

PlastiLine^® MMA 165 Dry Area Line Marking is a high-performance marking system designed for generally dry interior areas in warehouses & factories.

PlastiLine^® MMA 165 Dry Area Line Marking is a two component, rapid curing, solvent free coating based on a high-quality methyl methacrylate (MMA) resin, and produces extremely abrasion resistant, tough and durable demarcations that can withstand severe traffic.

PlastiLine^® Epoxy 151 MT is a two component, ultra-high solids, medium viscosity moisture tolerant epoxy coating that produces a high gloss finish and is used to create very hard smooth, thin or thick demarcations in interior wet or dry areas in processing & production facilities exposed to light or heavy traffic loads.

The PlastiLine^® Epoxy 151 MT is insensitive to moisture during application and will adhere to wet surfaces and cure under water or in highly humid environments.

PlastiLine^® MMA 526 Wet Area Line Marking is a high-performance marking system designed for generally or constantly wet conditions inside production & processing facilities.

PlastiLine^® MMA 526 Wet Area Line Marking is based on a rapid curing, medium viscosity high quality methyl methacrylate (MMA) resin and produces extremely durable lines & demarcations that can be made non-slip and is resistant to hot water & oils up to 80°C.

Glazetek is a two component, solvent based, high performance flexible polyester modified aliphatic polyurethane coating formulated with UV stabilizers. Glazetek is an unfilled, pure polyester polyurethane with exceptional performance properties.

Used either clear or pigmented for high performance floor coatings, area marking, line marking or demarcations in production & processing facilities where resistance to high traffic & chemical exposure is required.
