R & D plays an important roll in our business. With the ever changing technologies available to us we are able to maintain and improve existing product formulations, and develop new solutions for the various markets. It facilitates achieving quality standards which enable our products to be recognized and accepted in the market place. The markets perceive Specialized Coating Systems as a credible brand competing with other established global brands.
Our manufacturing plant is continually maintained, improved and capacity increased to meet increasing demands for our products. The ongoing implementation of IT manufacturing systems is instrumental in achieving an effective QCP which will enable us to achieve ISO 9001 Certification.

Training and Strategic Plan
Training our staff is at the forefront of our business development. Product knowledge is key to the development of our personnel enabling them to understand and passionately support our product offerings.
Administrative Control Procedures are a critical element in developing abilities of our personnel. Once the logical flow of the procedures are understood, and each incumbent accepts their responsibilities and authority in the processing chain, the work flow takes care of itself. This success will achieve ultimate customer service. Our Strategic Plan is to Perfect our procedures and the consequent perfect repeatability of every standard batch of paint that is produced and tinted in our company.
Continuously impart product knowledge to all employees of the company. Training and improving of the workforce knowledge base will enable everyone to become more productive. Establish a sales team of specifically trained product managers, each to concentrate on a specific product category and then to effectively market and sell each product.
