LEAKSEAL® Liquid Rubber Waterproofing
LEAKSEAL® Liquid Rubber Waterproofing is a one component, water based, UV cross-linking pure acrylic waterproofing & roof coating that is UV resistant, durable, elastic & resistant to cracking & weathering. It is highly thixotropic which allows for a good film build on horizontal or vertical surfaces, and it provides roofs with unmatched dirt pickup resistance, ensuring roof surfaces stay clean.
LEAKSEAL® Liquid Rubber Waterproofing is used as a waterproofing coating for metal & cementitious pitched or flat roofs, parapet walls, counter flashings and it can be used for the refurbishment of bitumen torch-on membrane, PVC or TPO membrane waterproofing systems.
PU 55 HB DTM Gloss
A two component, solvent based, high build, glossy aliphatic polyurethane primer/finish coat. PU 55 HB DTM Gloss is formulated with additional UV stabilizers, new generation adhesion promoters & specialized organic corrosion inhibitors creating outstanding dry film water resistance and corrosion resistance.
PU 55 HB DTM Gloss is used as a protective coating on metal surfaces, and other suitably primed surfaces to provide a protective, decorative, and aesthetically pleasing finish that is highly resistant to external weathering. The cured film provides surfaces with excellent resistance to mild chemicals, salt water, mineral and vegetable oils, paraffins, aliphatic solvents, dilute industrial chemicals, and other aqueous solutions.
PU 55 HB Topcoat
A two component, solvent based, high build, glossy aliphatic acrylic polyurethane finish coat. PU 55 HB Topcoat is formulated with additional UV stabilizers and has outstanding colour and gloss stability in external weathering conditions.
PU 55 HB Topcoat is used as a protective coating on suitably primed surfaces. When used in combination with a selected primer, it will provide surfaces with brilliant performance in external weathering conditions and is re-coatable after pro-longed exposure. The cured film will also provide surfaces with excellent resistance to mild chemicals, salt water, mineral and vegetable oils, paraffins, aliphatic solvents, dilute industrial chemicals, and aqueous solutions.
PU DTM Flexi HB
A two component, solvent based, high solids, aliphatic flexible polyester modified polyurethane high gloss primer/finish coat. PU DTM Flexi HB is highly adhesion promoted, zinc phosphate pigmented and extremely UV & weather resistant. The polyester backbone of PU DTM Flexi HB gives excellent chemical resistance against industrial fallout, superior scratch/mechanical resistance, and flexibility against direct & reverse impact.
PU DTM Flexi HB is used as a protective & decorative coating on metal surfaces such as mild steel, structural steel, aluminium & galvanized iron and is suitable for highly corrosive environments. PU DTM Flexi HB is excellent for refurbishing metal roof sheeting on industrial warehouses & processing facilities. The cured film will also provide surfaces with resistance to mild chemicals, salt water, mineral & vegetable oils, paraffins, aliphatic solvents, dilute industrial chemicals & aqueous solutions.
PU DTM HB SATIN
A two component, solvent based, high solids acrylic polyurethane silky satin primer/finish coat. PU DTM HB Satin contains zinc phosphate anti-corrosive pigmentation, highly adhesion promoted, is formulated with UV stabilizers, and will provide excellent UV & weather resistance.
PU DTM HB Satin is used as a protective & decorative coating on metals surfaces such as mild steel, galvanized steel, aluminium, and stainless steel where a semi matt finish is preferred. PU DTM HB Satin is excellent for new work and the refurbishment of metal roof sheeting on industrial warehouses, processing facilities and it can be used in highly corrosive environments and will perform well in humid environments. The cured film will also provide surfaces with resistance to mild chemicals, salt water, mineral & vegetable oils, paraffins, aliphatic solvents, dilute industrial chemicals & aqueous solutions.
SIMPLY® Roof Paint
A one component, water based pure acrylic low sheen roof paint designed to provide a weather resistant & colour stable finish for roofs. SIMPLY® Roof Paint provides excellent water resistance, resistance to harsh weather, acid rain and abrasion.
SIMPLY® Roof Paint is designed for application to suitably primed metal, galvanized iron, chromadek, fibre cement and cement tiles as a roof coating. It can also be used on suitably primed cladding, galvanized garage doors, gutters, down pipes, zinc alume, Aluzinc and paving.

A one component, water based, pure acrylic designed for application on a variety of suitably primed surfaces, including galvanized iron, metal, chromadek, fibre cement, and cement roof tiles, serving as an effective & durable roof coating. This versatile product can also be used on walls, cladding, galvanized garage doors, gutters, downpipes, zinc alume, and aluzinc, providing a high quality finish coat.
When used in conjunction with a reinforcing polyester fabric membrane, SIMPLY® Roof & Wall Paint provides waterproofing properties.
SIMPLY® Trade Roof
A one component, pure acrylic roof paint designed for application to suitably primed galvanized iron, metal, chromadek, fibre cement & cement roof tiles.
SIMPLY® Trade Roof will provide a weather resistant, smooth low sheen colour stable finish for roofs. It can also be used on suitably primed cladding, galvanized garage doors, gutters, down pipes, zinc-alume & aluzinc.
SIMPLY® Metal & Rust
A one component, water based, pure acrylic, flexible, anti-corrosive, rust converting, adhesion promoted primer & finish coat that provides an attractive UV resistant finish. Formulated with new generation corrosion inhibitors, and rust converting & encapsulating technology; this liquid tannic acid free rust converting primer / finish coat enables direct application to rust and ensures an efficient rust blocking effect as soon as the paint is applied.
SIMPLY® Metal & Rust can be used as a primer or finish coat directly to tightly adherent, well prepared rusty roofs. It can also be applied to galvanized roofs, previously painted & pre-finished coated sheeting such as chromadek.
SIMPLY® Ultra Roof Paint
A one component, water based, self cross linking pure acrylic roof paint with a mid sheen finish designed to provide improved properties compared to traditional roof paints including early hardness development, higher gloss, improved adhesion & enhanced film toughness & weather resistance.
SIMPLY® ULTRA Roof Paint is designed for use as a high performance roof paint where excellent durability & lower dirt pickup is required. This product can be applied to suitably primed galvanized iron, metal, Chromadek, fibre cement & cement roof tiles. It can also be used on suitably primed cladding, galvanized garage doors, gutters, downpipes, zinc alume, aluzinc & paving.
SPECELASTIC® Façade & Roof Coating
SpecElastic® Façade & Roof is a one component, water based pure acrylic with solar UV curing technology. It offers excellent exterior durability, elasticity, crack bridging properties & mechanical stability with high water resistance, dirt pickup resistance & UV resistance.
SpecElastic® Façade & Roof is designed for application to exterior walls & roofs. This product is an anti-carbonation coating capable of CO² diffusion and water vapour transmission with high resistance to driving rain. When used in combination with a suitable primer like SpecSil Primer Breathable on cementitious substrates, brick & stone it will allow the substrate to breathe, while not allowing water in, the result is walls & roofs that stay dry. SpecElastic Façade & Roof can be used on sloped horizontal surfaces as a liquid waterproofing membrane exceeding 0.5mm thick.
SPECSHIELD® Anti-Seepage
SpecShield® Anti-Seepage is a one component, water based, elastomeric waterproofing & roof coating formulated on a UV curing pure acrylic resin. This product offers outstanding weatherproofing & waterproofing properties with optimum levels of UV resistance, flexibility & durability. Once applied SpecShield Anti-Seepage will form a tough, seamless skin that allows substrate movement and breathability without the loss of adhesive qualities.
SpecShield® Anti-Seepage is a high-performance universal roof coating & waterproofing system designed for the long-term protection of all types of roof surfaces. It can also be used to waterproof parapet walls and for the refurbishment of bitumen waterproofing membrane systems.
SPECSHIELD® Asbestos Encapsulation Coating
SpecShield® Asbestos Encapsulation Coating is a one component, water based, elastomeric UV cross-linking pure acrylic.
SpecShield® Asbestos Encapsulation Coating is a functional coating for encapsulating and sealing asbestos that cannot be removed due to structural conditions. The elasticity will provide continued encapsulation should minor cracks occur (less than 1mm).
SPECSHIELD® Solar
SpecShield® Solar is a one component, water-based UV cross linking pure acrylic that provides excellent exterior durability, weather & dirt pickup resistance. The UV cross linking technology in the coating creates a high-performance film that is very resistant and gets tougher over time as the film is exposed. SpecShield Solar also has anti-microbial properties which allows this coating to be used in areas exposed to high moisture levels, such as areas by the coast.
SpecShield® Solar has been developed as a liquid applied highly solar reflective (cool roof) seamless elastomeric roof coating for areas of high solar radiation. It is designed to reflect solar radiation, decreasing the heat penetrating the building thus reducing ambient air temperatures & increasing thermal comfort within the building. SpecShield Solar being an elastic & flexible coating, can be used to waterproof new roofs or can be used to prolong the life of existing roof systems through the refurbishment of aged bituminous membranes, corroded metal roofs & concrete roofs.
