Products
1K PU Primer
A one component, solvent based, moisture curing urethane primer. This product can be overcoated with polyurethane & polyurea topcoats.
1K PU Primer is designed for use as an adhesive primer on concrete, metal & wood surfaces. On concrete/cementitious surfaces it can be applied to substrates with a moisture content of up to 6% & an ambient relative humidity of 98%. It has a surface consolidation effect for surfaces which are mechanically weak, and is used as an anti-dust treatment on cementitious surfaces & screeds with a crumbly surface. 1K PU Primer can also be used as a waterproof treatment layer before laying down wooden flooring to prevent moisture damage due to excessive residual humidity in the cementitious screed.
2K PU SF Primer
A two component, solvent free primer based on a modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate urethane. 2K PU SF Primer is easy to apply, deep penetrating & exhibits bubble free films on dry surfaces. It has a low sensitivity to substrate moisture, leaving only minimal bubbling when applied to damp surfaces.
2K PU SF Primer is a high-performance urethane primer designed for use on concrete, steel & wooden substrates with film thicknesses up to 1.3mm.
Deep Penetrating Primer WB
A one component, waterborne, colloidal, low viscosity clear primer based on a self-cross-linking pure acrylic.
Deep Penetrating Primer WB is designed for priming highly dense or porous concrete/mineral surfaces before the application of a floor coatings body coat or topcoat. The colloidal particle size allows for deep penetrating and binding of highly dense, porous, or dusty substrates.
EPAPRIME® Surface Primer
A two component, advanced waterborne clear epoxy acrylic primer that is highly flexible with a long pot life & is overcoatable by solvent & waterborne systems.
EPAPRIME Surface Primer is a high performance primer that produces excellent resuslts & can be used on a variety of surfaces such as cementitious screeds, concrete surfaces, asphalt surfaces & flexible surfaces such as waterproofing membranes, PU foam & styrene EPS. When applied to properly cleaned concrete substrates it prevents bubbling & outgassing.
EPOXY CURESEAL WB
A three component, water-based amine cured epoxy primer & sealer with slight pigmentation.
Epoxy Cureseal WB is a high-performance penetrating primer/sealer that can be applied to existing concrete, new concrete, or green concrete & cement surfaces. It can also be used as a concrete curing membrane. Unlike traditional sealers, this product does not need to be removed before further treatment.
EPOXY SF Primer Ultra Clear
A two component, fast during, low viscosity solvent free cycloaliphatic amine epoxy primer with exceptional dry film clarity.
Epoxy SF Primer Ultra Clear is designed for use on concrete surfaces to create a bubble free surface prior to the application of epoxy or polyurethane floor coatings. Epoxy SF Primer Ultra Clear has a very low colour value allowing for completely transparent flooring systems below clear epoxy or polyurethane floor coatings and will enhance the natural look of the underlying surface.
EPOXY WB Concrete Primer
A two component, water based, polyamide cured, epoxy emulsion based clear deep penetrating epoxy primer.
Epoxy WB Concrete Primer is used to penetrate, seal and prime highly dense or porous concrete floors. It is extremely effective in sealing and providing adhesion for subsequent topcoats, allowing for bubble free/pinhole free finishes. Suitable topcoats include epoxies, polyurethanes, and acrylic solvent or water-based coatings.
EPOXY WB GP Primer
A two component, water-based polyamide cured epoxy emulsion based, pigmented primer.
Epoxy WB GP Primer is used as a general-purpose primer & provides excellent adhesion to a variety of surfaces. This product can be used as an adhesive primer on concrete, tiles, glass, masonry, aluminium, galvanizing, metals, polystyrene & composites. Epoxy WB GP Primer works well as a primer on floors with deep oil contamination which cannot be removed.
PLASTISEAL® MMA Ceramic ® Metal Primer
A two component, rapid curing, 100% solids low viscosity methyl methacrylate resin primer for ceramic & metal surfaces.
PlastiSeal® MMA Ceramic & Metal Primer is designed as a primer for ceramic tiles & metal surfaces before the application of MMA basecoats & topcoats.
PLASTISEAL® MMA Concrete Primer LV
A two component, rapid curing, 100% solids low viscosity methyl methacrylate resin primer for concrete & cementitious screeds.
PlastiSeal® MMA Concrete Primer LV is designed as a primer for very dense concrete & cementitious horizontal surfaces before the application of MMA basecoats & topcoats.

PLASTISEAL® MMA Damp Concrete Primer
A two component, rapid curing, 100% solids medium viscosity methyl methacrylate resin primer for moist/damp concrete & cementitious screeds.
PlastiSeal® MMA Damp Concrete Primer is designed as a primer for moist/damp cementitious substrates (provided there is no liquid water/puddles on the surface) before the application of MMA basecoats & topcoats.
SPECFLOOR® Vapour Barrier Primer WB
A one component, water based high performance acrylic primer.
SpecFloor® Vapour Barrier Primer is designed for priming absorbent & non-absorbent floors prior to the application of wooden flooring or resinous systems. This product has excellent water vapour barrier properties and will block excessive residual moisture in cement screeds & concrete (provided the concrete or cement screed is at least 28 days old & there is no visible water on the surface) & prevent moisture penetration on floors in houses built in areas where there is a high-water table and a risk of wooden or resinous flooring systems being damaged as a result.
