Area Marking
Mid sheen, acrylic resin, solvent based, CYCLE LANE paint for line & AREA MARKING.
Designed for durability, UV stability & colour retention in outdoor environments, this formulation offers a quick return to service with reduced emissions. The mid sheen & resin blend increase resistance to dirt, oils and chemicals—ideal for urban cycle paths where cleanliness and skid resistance matter.
With a longer open time & extra flexibility, it allows for smooth application by brush or roller, to achieve an exceptionally smooth finish over large surfaces. Suitable for asphalt, concrete & paved surfaces like curb stones & interlocking bricks on roads, pavements, parks, campuses, parking lots & shared mobility zones. It adheres directly to asphalt & correctly primed concrete roads or paved surfaces & are compatible with anti-skid aggregates for enhanced cyclist safety in high-traffic conditions.
PlastiLine® 1C Waterborne
Area Marking
Mid sheen, acrylic resin, water based, CYCLE LANE paint for line & AREA MARKING.
Offering increased flexibility, colour fade resistance & quick return to service, even in challenging conditions like low temperatures / high humidity & application is suitable over large surfaces. It delivers an exceptionally smooth finish with good levelling properties & higher hardness resulting in durable markings with increased dirt resistance, easier cleanability & the increased ‘open time’, makes it versatile for various project sizes & applications.

PlastiLine® Polyurethane
A two component, solvent based, high build, cold applied polyurethane for quick drying CYCLE LANE markings.
A quick-drying, high-performance marking system designed for long-lasting durability on asphalt and primed concrete in high-traffic areas. With excellent hiding power and clean, spatter-free application, it creates sharp, high-visibility lines ideal for intersections, crossings, shared bike routes, and decorative cycle lane designs.
At 350 µm thickness, it delivers 4–5 times the lifespan of standard road paints, with superior resistance to bleeding on bitumen and alkali on concrete. Excellent adhesion, abrasion resistance & reflectivity ensure lasting performance. Can be applied with or without reflective glass beads & combined with anti-skid aggregates for enhanced safety in conflict zones or high-use cycle corridors.
PlastiLine® Thermoplastic Cycle
An elasticized, alkyd based, hot melt thermoplastic CYCLE LANE marking system.
Specially developed for cycle lanes, this high-performance thermoplastic is formulated with premixed coarse non-skid aggregates to deliver lasting durability & excellent slip resistance. It enhances cyclist safety in both wet & dry conditions, making it ideal for vehicle-cyclist conflict areas, shared lane crossings, & high-traffic intersections.
Compatible with PLASTIFORM® Preformed Thermoplastic markings such as cycle lane symbols & logos, which can be applied directly on top for clear, long-lasting guidance.
PlastiForm® Non-Skid
High durability pre-cut & pre-beaded markings designed for NON-SKID traffic safety & speed control.
A high-performance, retro-reflective preformed thermoplastic designed for extreme durability, flexibility & visibility. Formulated with 30% premix retroreflective glass beads & non-skid aggregate with a high pigment loading, it performs in hot climates & remains flexible in cold conditions. Available in 3mm thicknesses, it offers 6–8 times the durability of paint with bright, UV-stable colours.
Available as lines, cycling symbols, arrows, legends & custom designs. Suitable for asphalt and primed concrete, with optional anti-skid drop-on. Ideal for vehicle-cyclist conflict areas, shared lane crossings, & high-traffic intersections, parking lots, & pedestrian zones.
