AEROCOAT®
AEROCOAT® ZINCDEK® Shiny Galv
AEROCOAT® ZINCDEK® Shiny Galv is an organic bound aluminium rich coating. It is applied to hot dip galvanized surfaces to form an adherent bright aluminium topcoat in excess of 25 microns thick per application.
The shiny/bright grey metallic colour of AEROCOAT® ZINCDEK® Shiny Galv will blend in with newly galvanized steel.
Adheres well to primed steel & galvanizing.
AEROCOAT® ZINCDEK® 60
AEROCOAT® ZINCDEK® 60 is an organic bound zinc rich coating containing more than 70% zinc in the dry film. It is applied to clean steel and hot dip galvanized surfaces to form an adherent anti-corrosive coating in excess of 100 microns thick.
The bright grey metallic colour of AEROCOAT® ZINCDEK® 60 will blend in with newly galvanized steel.
AEROCOAT® ZINCDEK® 60 can be over-coated by a range of topcoats.
Adheres well to abraded steel and galvanizing.
Can be used as touch-up primer for inorganic primers.
Prevents the substrate from rust creep at areas of damage.
AEROCOAT® ZINCFIX® 90
AEROCOAT® ZINCFIX® 90 is an organic bound zinc rich coating containing more than 96% zinc in the dry film. It is applied to clean steel and hot dip galvanized surfaces to form an adherent anti-corrosive cold galvanic coating.
Blend into newly exposed zinc.
Can be over-coated by a range of topcoats such as acrylics, epoxies, polyurethanes & vinyls.
High temperature resistance of 150°C.
Adheres well to abraded steel and galvanizing.
AEROCOAT® ZINCFIX® ZincFlake
AEROCOAT® ZINCFIX® ZincFlake is an organic bound zinc rich coating containing more than 50% lamellar zinc and aluminium particles in the dry film.
Excellent flexibility and metallic appearance.
Can be over-coated by a range of topcoats such as acrylics, epoxies, polyurethanes & vinyls
High temperature resistance of 150°C.
Adheres well to abraded steel and galvanizing and has excellent intercoat adhesion.
AEROCOAT® Stainless Steel
The AEROCOAT® Stainless Steel coating is resistant to corrosion conditions due to the high performance AISI 316L Alloy Flake pigments. AEROCOAT® Stainless Steel can be used in highly corrosive environments and maintain bright lustre after years of exposure.
Excellent flexibility.
Excellent corrosion protection.
High temperature resistance of 150°C.
Adheres well to abraded steel.
UV resistance.
