Nitro-Cellulose Lacquers

A one component, solvent based, modified nitro-cellulose high viscosity pigmented filler primer with rapid drying, high build, and easy sanding properties. NC Filler Primer has excellent thixotropy, allowing for high build vertical applications and high build MDF edge sealing capabilities.

NC Filler Primer is designed to seal/prime medium density fibreboard (MDF), wood & veneered timber and provide a very smooth surface for topcoats of either acid catalyzed lacquers, polyurethane lacquers, or water-based lacquers.

A one component, low viscosity, fast drying modified nitro-cellulose transparent isolation sealer. NC Isolation Sealer has a good insulating/isolating effect for use on resinous woods which once sealed and lightly sanded reduces the “raised fibre” effect when applying basecoats/primers thus reducing sanding and preparation times and increasing the smoothness of sealed & primed surfaces.

NC Isolation Sealer is designed to seal solid, veneered timber or medium density fibreboard (MDF) and sand easily allowing for excellent adhesion of subsequent topcoats such as nitro-cellulose lacquers, acid catalyzed lacquers, polyurethane lacquers, or water-based lacquers.

NC Sanding Sealer is designed for application to veneered timber, wood & medium density fibreboard (MDF) to seal in wood fibres. NC Sanding Sealer applied in multiple coats will fill wood grain and provide a smooth surface prior to painting.

A specially formulated pigmented primer based on a blend on cellulose nitrate & synthetic resins, modified with adhesion promoters to provide a fast drying, highly adhesive, flexible primer with good filling and sanding properties. Mould Primer AP is a primer/surfacer for use on polyurethane castings, metal, plastic surfaces, medium density fibreboard (MDF), high density fibreboard (HDF) as well as wood. It is designed to seal/prime, dry quickly and sand easily providing a very smooth surface for topcoats of either acid catalyzed lacquers, polyurethane lacquers, or water-based lacquers.

A one component, solvent based modified nitro-cellulose multicoat finishing lacquer. A very fast drying workhorse coating with medium durability – preferred for non-working interior surfaces.

NC Lacquer is designed as a sealing or finishing lacquer for medium density fibreboard (MDF), veneered wood & solid wood surfaces. This product is very good for production lines where speed is important, and the convenience of a one component product is required.
