Cold Plastic MMA Marking
Extremely durable cold plastic methyl methacrylate road marking solutions.

A solvent free, rapid curing, two component methyl methacrylate resin screed containing a combination of fillers, anti-skid aggregates & glass beads for continued reflectivity once wearing takes place.

Can be applied with a trowel, draw box or hand pushed machines and is suitable for high traffic areas such as stop streets, truck bays, helical turns or where ultra-durability markings are required.

PlastiLine^® MMA Structured Markings are based on a rapid curing, solvent free, two component methyl methacrylate.

With the correct equipment this product can be used to create extremely durable Type II road markings such as extrusions/profiled markings, agglomerate/splatter effect markings, ribbed markings & dotted markings that provide the road with functionalities such as good drainage of rainwater and an audible effect when cars drive over these markings. Markings can be applied on the surface or inlaid.

PlastiLine^® MMA Cold Plastic Spray 100:2 is a solvent free, rapid curing, two component methyl methacrylate resin specially formulated for spray application. Application can be done with an airless spray system or cold plastic road marking systems and is cured in a 100:2 ratio through a static mixer with BPO liquid or separately with our PlastiLine® MMA Reactive Beads which are “dropped” onto the wet film. Lines can be made reflective with reflective glass beads.

PlastiLine^® MMA Area Marking is a a solvent free, rapid curing two component methyl methacrylate with a combination of fillers and fine anti-skid aggregates. PLASTILINE® MMA Area Marking is applied in layers of 1 - 3 mm with a roller, smooth trowel or notched trowel, and due to the thixotropic nature of this product you can create various textures for a structured surface with anti-skid resistance.

PLASTILINE® MMA Area Marking can be applied directly to asphalt or prepared & primed concrete surfaces.

PlastiLine^® MMA Anti-Blackening is a low viscosity methyl methacrylate hard clear topcoat designed to be applied over PlastiLine® MMA cold plastic screeds and road markings to protect and give increased resistance to dirt pickup, abrasion & will resist blackening of markings.
