Cold Plastic Screed
Next generation, waterbased hybrid acrylic, thick layer screed road marking paint.
A water-based, hybrid acrylic road marking screed with premixed glass beads and non-skid aggregates for high durability and reflectivity. Applied at 1.5 – 3 mm thickness, it offers excellent build and coverage. It cures quickly, opening to traffic in 30 – 60 minutes at 25°C, with no heating required. This product has NO odour, has excellent weather & abrasion resistance with excellent adhesion to asphalt and primed concrete.
Ideal for use in high traffic areas, bike lanes, crosswalks, intersections, highways, parking lots, and decorative surfaces, it delivers long-lasting, safe, and highly visible markings.

Cold Plastic Spray 100:3
Next generation, water based, hybrid acrylic, THICK LAYER SPRAY road marking paint.
An eco-friendly, water-based hybrid acrylic road marking system designed for spray application. Applied in 1.5 – 3 mm layers via spray equipment at a 100:3 ratio with catalyst. Offers excellent adhesion, coverage, and sag resistance on asphalt surfaces. Fast drying – open to traffic within 30 – 60 minutes at 25°C. Provides high luminance, weathering, abrasion, and dirt pickup resistance with excellent adhesion to asphalt & primed concrete. Glass beads and anti-skid aggregates can be broadcast onto the wet film to make markings reflective and or skid resistant.

Hardener Liquid
Waterbased, Catalyst, Fast And Reliable Curing.
Water-based hardener, specifically designed for water-based cold plastic road marking systems, this activator initiates and controls the curing process when combined with the resin component (Part A), ensuring consistent film formation and rapid drying at ambient temperatures.
This safe, easy-to-handle activator promotes strong adhesion, mechanical strength, and durability, making it essential for both spray and screed-applied water-based cold plastic systems used in demanding road marking environments.
