We offer polyurethane & epoxy-urethane products to produce quality wet-pour rubber crumb systems, providing durable, long-lasting, and impact-absorbing play surfaces. Designed for critical fall height protection and backed by international playground safety standards, SafetyPlay Pro® flooring helps reduce injury risk while also providing cushioned underfoot comfort and joint support for active play.
Systems can be designed as porous surfaces for effective drainage in outdoor wet-play environments, or as non-porous systems where water and sand proofing is required. Every playground presents different risks. A System will be tailored to combined thicknesses to meet the playgrounds required critical fall height (CFH) performance for each application.
By adjusting the system build-up (base layer + wear layer) we ensure compliance with SANS 51177:2010 and relevant international playground safety standards.

Binders

Rubber Crumb
EPDM, TPV, and SBR granules, balls and mulch in a variety of sizes and colours. Impact-absorbing & joint-supporting, these rubbers provide critical fall height protection for safe, durable playground surfaces.
Pore Filler
Rubberized polyurethane pore filler that seals open pores, creating a smooth, seamless surface. Elastic and durable, it waterproofs and sand-proofs the floor, providing a reliable interlayer for playground and recreational non-porous flooring systems.
Cushion Layers
PU & EPU self-leveling cushion layers provide elastic, adherent & resilient underlays for playground systems. They seal, smooth, and level surfaces while offering impact absorption and comfortable underfoot cushioning.
Topcoats
Epoxy-urethane & polyurethane topcoats that seal the system, offer UV resistance, flexibility & mechanical durability. Enhancing safety flooring with a clear or colour top layer in a variety of different gloss level finishes.
Line Markings
Bright EPU & PU coatings for lines & markings on safety flooring. They deliver clean, controlled markings without distortion & edge bleeding which moves with the surface without cracking.
