SpecScreed^® SLC

A one component, rapid hardening polymer modified cement-based screed for levelling floors at thicknesses between 3 – 20mm with high compressive & flexural strength.

SpecScreed SLC is designed as a low viscosity, pumpable or pourable screed and the low viscosity and “self-healing” properties allow for large amounts to be pumped and levelled within a short period of time. SpecScreed SLC is used as a high-performance underlayment for tiles, carpets, vinyl tiles, laminate flooring, wood flooring & resinous coatings such as MMA, epoxies, polyurethanes, acrylic sealers & silane sealers.

PATCHING COMPOUND^® Cement Mortar

PATCHING COMPOUND^® Cement Mortar is a dry mix blend of graded silica, fast setting cement modified and polymers. It is mixed onsite with tap water to the desired consistency before application.

Designed as a repair mortar & multi-purpose PATCHING COMPOUND^® for cementitious or mineral surfaces such as cement floors, floor underlays, interior or exterior walls, concrete slabs and industrial or sports flooring such a tennis courts.

PATCHING COMPOUND^® Cement Mortar Flexi

PATCHING COMPOUND^® Cement Mortar Flexi is a dry mix blend of graded silica, fast setting cement modified with polymers. It is mixed onsite with PATCHING COMPOUND^® Cement Modifier Flexi to produce a ready-mix repair mortar with greater compressive strength, flexural strength, tensile strength, impact strength, abrasion resistance and better adhesion to the surface.

Designed as a high-performance repair mortar & multi-purpose PATCHING COMPOUND^® for cementitious or mineral surfaces such as cement floors, floor underlays, interior or exterior walls, concrete slabs and industrial or sports flooring such a tennis courts.

SPECFLOOR^® MMA 510 Repair Mortar

A rapid curing, high performance flexible mortar system based on a methyl methacrylate resin.

SpecFloor^® MMA 510 Repair Mortar is used for the repair of concrete/cement floors for self-levelling (5 – 10mm) or trowel (>50mm) applications. This product is suitable for indoor applications where there will be heavy transport movements such as forklifts and can also be used in areas such as cold rooms where repairs need to be done in sub-zero conditions.

PLASTISEAL^® MMA Concrete Crack Sealer

PlastiSeal MMA Concrete Crack Sealer is a 100% solids, elasticized, low viscosity crack sealer based on methyl methacrylate resin.

PlastiSeal MMA Concrete Crack Sealer is used to seal & repair cracks in concrete floors & structures. This product can also be used to fill and repair hollow areas below tiles. Due to its low viscosity and low surface tension, it has very good wetting power and penetration behaviour and will structurally improve the concrete surface.

PLASTILINE^® MMA Pothole Repair Mortar

A two component, solvent free, 100% solids, elastic, rapid curing permanent repair mortar solution based on a methyl methacrylate resin mixed with high mechanical strength aggregates. PLASTILINE MMA Pothole Repair Mortar is resistant to water migration, salts, chemicals, gasoline, oils, anti-freeze, and severe thermal shock.

PLASTILINE MMA Pothole Repair Mortar is designed to be used as a repair mortar direct to asphalt or suitably primed concrete surfaces as a permanent repair solution. It will provide an extremely durable & highly flexible repair that is not affected by very cold or hot temperatures. The rapid curing technology allows repairs to be made & traffic opened 20 minutes after application.

PLASTILINE MMA Pothole Repair Mortar can be used in a variety of areas such as walkways, roads, driveways & car parks.

PLASTISEAL^® PUMMA Pourable Joint Sealant

A two component, 100% solids, highly elastic, reactive polyurethane methyl methacrylate (PUMMA) self-levelling joint sealant.

PlastiSeal PUMMA Pourable Joint Sealant can be poured directly into horizontal joints to seal & provide an extremely durable & seamless finish. It will protect joint edges from heavy wheel loads, impact, chemicals & water ingress. PlastiSeal PUMMA Pourable Joint Sealant is typically used in expansion & contraction joints, saw cut joints in floors & sealing around gullies, channels, or drains. This product is suitable for use in both interior & exterior conditions.

EPOXY SF Scraper Coat

A two component, low viscosity, solvent free, modified amine cured trowel-able epoxy scraper coat. Epoxy SF Scraper Coat is rapid curing, has a short pot life and short overcoating window, allowing application of topcoats soon after application. It is designed to fill surface defects up to 3 mm deep without sinking.

Epoxy SF Scraper Coat is designed for filling & repairing surface imperfections. It can be applied by smooth steel trowels to suitably prepared & primed concrete floors to fill small holes, hairline cracks & “omegas” that may cause bubbling through subsequent topcoats. It is also used to smoothen out the undulations on a floor by filling in the valleys between the high spots.

PLASTISEAL^® PUMMA Scratch Coat

A two component, 100% solids, elastic, solvent free reactive polyurethane methyl methacrylate self-levelling scratch coat mixed with a special blend of fillers.

PlastiSeal PUMMA Scratch Coat is designed as a scratch coat for suitably primed surfaces such as ceramic tiles, metal plate flooring or rough surfaces where tiles have been removed to fill, hide & level undulations, holes, gaps & grout lines prior to the application of PlastiSeal PUMMA body & topcoats. PlastiSeal PUMMA Scratch Coat is resistant to substrate movement and can be applied in cold interior conditions where movement from thermal expansion/contraction can occur from ordinary structural movement.

SPECFLOOR^® MMA Coving Mortar

A two component, 100% solids, solvent free methyl methacrylate coving mortar.

SpecFloor MMA Coving Mortar is designed for use over PlastiSeal MMA primers/scratch coats to create covings on floors indoors & outdoors.
