SpecFloor® 1K SF Silane Hybrid Coating
A one component, solvent free silane hybrid coating based on the latest silane technology and is used for the impregnation & thin layer coating of mineral substrates. This innovative binder is based on patented technology & cures on contact with moisture penetrating deep into the pores of a cement bound floor, filling the pores completely and forming a thin shiny film on the surface.
SpecFloor® 1K SF Silane Hybrid Coating is designed for application to mineral substrates such as polished or non-polished concrete floors, paving stones, bricks, clinkers, & natural stone. Once the SpecFloor 1K SF Silane Hybrid Coating has been applied, surfaces will exhibit high strength, are exceedingly scratch resistant and impervious to typical cleaning agents. This coating creates easy to clean surfaces with highly effective stain protection where substances that are left on the surface for some time can be removed without any lasting stains.
