AEROHEAT®
The AEROHEAT® range of high-performance, heat-resistant aerosol coatings from Specialized Coating Systems is designed to protect steel and metal surfaces exposed to elevated temperatures. The range includes specialist coatings for industrial equipment, exhaust systems, furnaces, flues, fireplaces, braais and automotive brake calipers.
Formulated for demanding high-temperature environments, AEROHEAT® products provide thermal resistance and protective finishes suited to their intended applications, with selected products offering continuous dry-heat resistance up to 650°C and intermittent temperature resistance up to 700°C.

AEROHEAT® 350
A high performance heat resistant spray paint used for the protection of steel from corrosion on areas including flare stacks, kilns, flues, furnaces, muffler, exhausts, hot piping, stacks & other steel surfaces at elevated temperatures, will withstand continuous dry temperatures of 350°C and temperature surges of 400°C.

AEROHEAT® 650
A high-temperature, corrosion-resistant topcoat designed for the protection of steel surfaces exposed to extreme heat. It withstands continuous dry heat up to 650°C and intermittent surges up to 700°C, making it ideal for flare stacks, kilns, flues, furnaces, mufflers, exhaust systems, and hot piping.
AEROHEAT® Caliper Paint
Brake Caliper Paint is a high-performance, heat-resistant spray coating designed to improve and protect your vehicle's brake calipers. It is designed to withstand temperatures of up to 350°C and provides a robust, long-lasting finish that resists chipping, brake dust, road dirt, and automotive chemicals.
AEROHEAT® Fireplace & Grill
Fireplace & Grill paint is designed for application to all types of steel surfaces used for fireplaces, braai’s or other applications exposed to heat. Characterized by its fast turn-around time, corrosion protection properties, easy application, and adhesion to hand cleaned steel.
