PlastiLine^® 1C Waterborne Area Marking is a one component, patented Quick-Set technology waterborne road & line marking paint and has been formulated to give excellent durability, while at the same time be resistant to marking, dirt pickup, oil, grease and other road residues. Due to its increased “open time” it is suitable for small & large area application by spray or by roller.

PLASTILINE^® 1C Waterborne HIGH BUILD SANS 731-2 is a one component, water based, fast drying road marking paint based on a self-cross-linking acrylic emulsion. It has been formulated for increased durability through a greater film build than your standard road marking paints. PLASTILINE^® 1C Waterborne HIGH BUILD SANS 731-2 has higher dirt pickup resistance, enhanced glass bead embedment & retention properties with the ability to be applied up to 650µm WFT per coat without cracking.

PlastiLine^® 1C Solventborne AREA MARKING Road marking paint is a one component, thermoplastic methacrylate resin, aromatic solvent based, road making paint, offering fast drying and fast return to service. Excellent road performance and reduced emissions. Formulated to comply with the requirements of SANS 731-1:2015 Single-Pack solvent-based paints. The higher sheen and resin content improve dirt pick up and chemical resistance making it more suitable for areas of slow-moving traffic where tyre marking and oil resistances is required.

PlastiLine^® 1C Solventborne HIGH BUILD SANS 731-1 Road marking paint is a one component, thermoplastic methacrylate resin, solvent based, aromatic free road making paint, offering fast drying and fast return to service. PLASTILINE® 1C Solventborne HIGH BUILD SANS 731-1 provides excellent road performance and reduced emissions, and is formulated to comply with the requirements of SANS 731-1:2015 Single-Pack Solvent-Based Paints.

A one component, thermoplastic methacrylate resin, solvent based road marking paint that offers fast drying and fast return to service. PLASTILINE® 1C Solventborne HIGH BUILD SANS 731-1 is designed to be spray applied with airless or air atomizing equipment and will adhere directly to asphalt and correctly primed concrete roads or paved surfaces. PLASTILINE® 1C Solventborne HIGH BUILD SANS 731-1 is formulated to comply with the requirements of SANS 731-1:2015 Single-Pack Solvent-Based Paints, provides excellent coverage, resistance against abrasion and high luminance markings.

PLASTILINE 1C Solventborne BRICK & CURB has been formulated to provide enhanced adhesion to brick & curb surfaces, and can be used on interlocking bricks, paved roads & parking lots with or without reflective glass beads.

PLASTILINE^® 1C Solventborne FAST DRY SANS 731-1 is designed to provide excellent road performance & is formulated to comply with the requirements of SANS 731-1:2015 Single-Pack Solvent-Based Paints. This product has excellent adhesion to asphalt & correctly primed concrete or paved road surfaces, and can be used for the marking of highways, local roads, intersections, crosswalks and parking lots with or without reflective glass beads.
