Primers to be applied before the application of road marking products

A two component, advanced waterborne clear epoxy acrylic primer. EPAPRIME Surface Primer is a highly flexible with a long pot life & is over-coatable by solvent & waterborne systems.

EPAPRIME^® Surface Primer is suitable for use on concrete as well as asphalt surfaces, and is typically used as part of a system with EPASCREED^® TRAFFIC & PLASTILINE^® StreetColour EPA for decorative or traffic road surface applications.

Expoy WB Concrete Primer is a two component, water based, polyamide cured, epoxy emulsion based clear deep penetrating epoxy primer.

Used to penetrate, seal and prime highly dense or porous concrete surfaces on floors, walls or structures. Extremely effective in sealing and providing adhesion for subsequent topcoats, allowing for bubble free/pinhole free finishes.

A one component, waterborne, colloidal, low viscosity clear primer based on a self-cross-linking pure acrylic for highly dense or porous surface priming.

Developed for solvent free, waterborne priming of substrates such as plaster, masonry, dense concrete surfaces, gypsum, face brick and others. Colloidal particle size allows for deep penetrating and binding of highly dense or porous or dusty substrates.

PlastiLine^® MMA Concrete Primer is a two component, methacrylate resin adhesive primer for concrete and cement road surfaces.

PlastiLine^® MMA Concrete Primer is used on concrete in combination with all PlastiLine^® MMA road & line marking products & screeds.

PlastiLine^® ThermoPlastic High Penetration Primer is a colourless, fast drying and easy to apply oil based rubberized primer designed to be used in combination with alkyd & hydrocarbon thermoplastic road marking paints. This primer is applied by brush or spray to enhance the adhesion of thermoplastic paints to the surface & is typically used on concrete & asphalt or a mixture of both.

Using PlastiLine^® ThermoPlastic High Penetration Primer in combination with thermoplastic paints helps extend the life of the marking system by creating a moisture barrier between the paint and the road surface.

PlastiSeal MMA Ceramic & Metal Primer is a 100% solids, two component,medium viscosity methyl methacrylate resin primer.

PlastiSeal MMA Ceramic & Metal Primer is designed for use on ceramic tiles & metal surfaces before application of PlastiLine® MMA road & line marking products & screeds.

A one component, rapid drying, solvent based very low viscosity clear primer based on a special blend of flexibilized methacrylate polymers.

PLASTILINE® Dust Fixing Primer SB is specifically designed for application to dusty, dirty & poor road surfaces as a primer and consolidating sealer before the application of road marking paints. This product works well on roads where dust & dirt are problematic and cannot be effectively swept away or where constant dust is landing on the road surface.
