1K PU Primer

A clear amber, one component, solvent based, moisture curing polyurethane primer.

High solids, flexible primer designed for concrete, wood, metal & tile flooring, paving & street furniture/poles. It’s low viscosity offers high penetration, serving as an adhesion promoter & sealer to cementitious substrates. On concrete/cementitious surfaces it can be applied to substrates with up to 6% moisture content & 98% ambient relative humidity, acting as a moisture barrier which helps prevent dusting on crumbly screeds.

Compatible with solventborne & waterborne topcoats, this primer hardens using moisture from the air or substrate, ensuring strong adhesion & surface durability.

Available in 1 and 5 Liters.

2K PU SF Primer

A clear amber, two component, solvent free, high performance polyurethane-urea primer.

This 100% solids, highly flexible & odourless primer offers excellent adhesion to concrete, metal & wood flooring. Designed to seal the surface effectively, leaving a smooth, bubble-free finish. It exhibits low sensitivity to substrate moisture with outstanding stability at low temperatures.

It has a long working time of up to 45 minutes & a recoat window of up to 24 hours & can suitably be topcoated with both waterborne & solventborne paints.

Available in 1, 5 and 20 Liter Kits.

Epoxy WB Concrete Primer

A clear, two component, water based, polyamide-cured epoxy primer.

Designed to seal & prime both dense & porous cementitious substrates such as concrete floors, paving, elevated barriers & road infrastructures. Offering excellent adhesion & forming a strong foundation for epoxies, polyurethanes & water based or solvent based acrylic topcoats, ensuring bubble & pinhole free finishes.

Ideal for solvent-sensitive environments like schools, hospitals, and nursing homes, this product has low odour & is non-flammable. With a USDA approved curing agent this primer can be used in areas with indirect food contact.

PLASTIFORM^® Epoxy Primer Rapid Cure Clear Kit

A clear amber, two-component, solvent-free, rapid curing epoxy primer for preformed thermoplastic.

Formulated for easy application by brush / roller, it’s high-performance bonding capability provides a powerful bond, preventing failures on challenging & non-bituminous surfaces. Its predefined mixing ratio ensures a consistent blend with error-free application, while rapid curing properties help minimise downtime & accelerate project completion.

PlastiLine^® Dust Fixing & Concrete Primer SB

A clear, one component, solvent based, primer formed with flexibilized methacrylate polymers.

Specifically designed to penetrate & reinforce aged/dusty asphalt, concrete & paved road surfaces such as those near construction sites, deserts, or dry landscapes where conventional cleaning is ineffective. It’s low viscosity allows for effectively sealing porous substrates like paving & curb stones, enhancing the adhesion & durability of road marking paints.

The primer fixes ‘fine’ dust, forming a bonding layer that dries quickly (within 10 to 30 minutes @ 25°C). It is compatible with both solventborne & waterborne paints, providing a moisture barrier & significantly improves paint performance on difficult surfaces.

Available in 5, 20 and 210 Liters.

PlastiLine^® Dust Fixing & Concrete Primer WB

A clear, one component, water based, primer based on self-cross-linking pure acrylic resin.

Specifically designed to penetrate & reinforce aged/dusty asphalt, concrete & paved road surfaces such as near construction sites or in dry environments where conventional cleaning is ineffective.

It effectively fixes ‘fine’ dust & seals porous substrates due to it’s low viscosity & nano-particles, improving paint adhesion & durability.

Easily applied with a quick drying time (within 10 to 30 minutes @ 25°C), it forms a strong adhesive & water-resistant layer which is compatible with both waterborne & solventborne road marking paints, significantly improving the paint performance on difficult surfaces.

PlastiLine^® Thermoplastic High Tack Penetration Primer

A clear, one component, oil based, rubberized primer for alkyd & hydrocarbon thermoplastic markings.

Designed to promote strong adhesion of thermoplastic road marking paints, on asphalt, concrete or a mixture of both road & paving surfaces. It penetrates the substrate to create a durable bond that enhances the longevity of the marking system.

This primer is fully compatible with thermoplastic road marking systems, ensuring superior bond strength, high tack & improved durability of the final marking application.
