SPECELASTIC® Façade & Roof
SpecElastic® Façade & Roof is a water based, pure acrylic façade & roof coating with solar UV curing technology. It offers excellent exterior durability, elasticity, crack bridging properties & mechanical stability with high water resistance, dirt pickup resistance & UV resistance.
SpecElastic® Façade & Roof is designed for application to exterior walls & roofs. This product is an anti-carbonation coating capable of CO2 diffusion and water vapour transmission with high resistance to driving rain. When used in combination with a suitable primer like SpecSil Primer Breathable on cementitious substrates, brick & stone it will allow the substrate to breathe, while not allowing water in, the result is walls & roofs that stay dry.
