Waterborne floor coating. A one component, water based, self-cross linking pure acrylate sealer/finish for interior floors in a clear or coloured finish.

Intended Uses
SpecAqua® 1K Concrete Sealer in clear creates a wet look seal for concrete/masonry flooring such as cementitious screeds, polished concrete, terrazzo flooring either concrete or epoxy in residential and light industrial/commercial applications.
The product is available as semi-gloss, satin or matt finish or in colours. To be used on surface where a silky-smooth finish, with excellent scratch resistance and very high stain & chemical resistance are required. The very matt finishes are not comprised in terms of chemical resistance.
The product is designed to be applied by brush or roller without creating brush marks or roller marks, it has a very long open time allowing for continuous wet edge during application, however the long open time does not hinder the rapid drying properties of the product.
