PU DTM FLEXI SB
A high-solids, flexible aliphatic polyurethane DTM primer/finish coat with excellent UV resistance, corrosion protection, fast curing and outstanding durability for steel roofs, equipment, structural steel, floors and industrial metalwork.
PU DTM Flexi HB is a two-pack, solvent-based, high-solids aliphatic polyurethane coating formulated with Polyfast fast-cure technology, zinc phosphate anti-corrosion pigmentation and advanced adhesion promoters. The coating provides a flexible, tough and highly weather-resistant protective film with excellent resistance to UV exposure, industrial fallout, chemicals and abrasion.

Intended Uses
PU DTM Flexi HB is designed for protective and decorative coating of metal and structural surfaces where toughness, UV resistance and corrosion protection are essential.
It can be applied direct-to-metal (DTM) as a one-coat primer/finish or used as a durable topcoat over compatible primers in highly corrosive environments. PU DTM Flexi HB offers a semi-gloss or high-gloss finish with a smooth, low-slip surface appearance, and may be cured at ambient temperature or baked at up to ~80°C for accelerated full cure.
The coating is an ideal single-coat alternative to traditional multi-coat systems for protection of steel up to C3-M environments, delivering long-term mechanical strength and aesthetic performance.
