WS-200SP

The Anest Iwata WS-200SP is a premium pressure fed spray gun designed for automotive & general industry paint application in mass production facilities. The Anest Iwata WIDER-2 is a professional & versatile pressure feed hand spray gun for automotive, metal, plastic & wood paint application. Key points when applying industrial coatings are quality & repeatability – the new WIDER-2 has revised air valve seat sets for a more consistent installation, the orifices are much larger & more uniform so that installing the air valve seat set in produces more repeatable results for more consistent application results.

The WIDER-2 has an ergonomic design with a focus on functionality. Every knob is tapered with deeper grooves providing a better grip for making fine adjustments, and a bushing has been built into the back of the needle valve spring to make paint adjustment smoother.

WIDER2A-12G2P Automatic

The Anest Iwata AZ1 HTE2 2P pressure feed hand spray gun is designed for general industry paint application, and enables both experienced and less experienced sprayers to obtain high quality & consistent finishing with its exceptional particle distribution & very little overspray.

The AZ1 HTE2 2P comes in two formats, a short pattern cap option with a tulip shaped spray pattern of 240mm & a long pattern option with a flatter pattern of 410mm. The stainless-steel fluid passages & body coated in chrome makes this spray gun easy to maintain & even easier to clean.

The Anest Iwata Kiwami3-V14WB2 is the renewed version of the W-300 series and is designed for automotive refinishing. The new Kiwami3-V14WB2 has improved handling performance, lighter and better balance with an ergonomic design. After reviewing the air valve structure & making the opening large and uniform, pressure loss is reduced & variation caused by the threaded position has been reduced.

Kiwami4-WBX (600ml Cup)

The Anest Iwata Kiwami4-WBX is a new addition to the range designed for automotive refinishing. This hand spray gun has been designed for spraying water based base & clear coats. The Kiwami4-WBX has been designed to be lighter than previous models & the overall body length is 3.5mm shorter, and the grip is 5mm longer, shifting the centre of gravity closer to the hand. These changes deliver a major improvement in handling to reduce fatigue & make the user more efficient.

In previous models, the positional relationships between large and small orifices could produce differences in air volume, which could potentially influence paint discharge volume and pattern width. The revised structure has orifices that are much larger and more uniform, therefore the new air valve is set for lower pressure loss & less individual variation when installing.
