A one-component, water-based pure acrylic microporous anti-condensation coating for interior sheltered surfaces, designed to absorb moisture, accelerate evaporation and help prevent condensation, dripping and mould contamination.
DryCoat Anti-Condensation is a functional microporous coating developed for use on walls, ceilings, metal surfaces and structural elements exposed to high humidity and intermittent condensation. The coating’s advanced micro-pore structure breaks the water surface tension and increases the effective evaporative surface area, enabling absorbed moisture to evaporate more rapidly than with conventional coatings — helping the surface remain dry and reducing the risk of mould contamination and dripping water.
Because the coating is breathable and non-film forming, moisture is not trapped within the substrate, making it ideal for hospitality, industrial, agricultural and residential environments where humidity control and condensation reduction are essential. Suitable for use on new or previously painted surfaces in sheltered interior areas.
