HS Primer
2K PU HS Primer is a high-solids two-component polyurethane acrylic filler primer formulated with zinc phosphate anti-corrosive pigments to provide outstanding corrosion resistance, surface filling, and substrate adhesion. Designed for industrial equipment, fabricated metalwork, transport equipment, and protective coating systems, the primer delivers excellent film build, sanding characteristics, and surface smoothness prior to the application of polyurethane topcoats.
Available in white, grey, and beige, supplied in 5L and 20L kit sizes.

Intended Uses
2K PU HS Primer is developed as a high-performance anti-corrosive filler primer for industrial and protective coating systems where excellent substrate preparation, corrosion resistance, and surface refinement are required prior to topcoating. The primer provides outstanding adhesion to ferrous and non-ferrous metals while delivering excellent filling properties that help eliminate minor surface imperfections. It is ideal for fabricated steelwork, industrial equipment, transport equipment, machinery, and maintenance coating applications where a premium polyurethane finish system is specified.
