Solvent Based Binding Primer. Bituminous & Porous Sealer Primer is a one component, solvent based, transparent white primer based on a complex blend of penetrative resins and solvents reinforced with a special blend of fillers to produce a primer with excellent adhesion and overcoating properties.

Intended Uses
Bituminous & Porous Sealer Primer has been specifically developed as a high-performance sealer for porous and bituminous surfaces prior to the application of a topcoat.
It is suitable for use on substrates such as concrete, asbestos, bitumen, felt and existing acrylic surfaces.
