Solvent based binding primer. A single component, solvent based, acrylic copolymer penetrating primer/sealer/binding coat for interior and exterior surfaces.

Intended Uses
SIMPLY® Bonding Liquid SB is a premium quality, clear, alkali resistant resin-based binding agent for porous and friable surfaces. It soaks into the substrate and dries to a hard film thereby providing a sound surface on which to paint.
Recommended as a primer or sealer for new dry interior and exterior porous surfaces such as plaster, cement, “Masonite” hardboard (interior only), brick, concrete, and other various types of composition boarding.
Suitable as a primer/bonding liquid for penetrating and binding unsound PVA or lime wash to the original surface.
