Epoxy Phenolic 175 Glass Flake is a premium solvent-free epoxy phenolic novolac lining reinforced with glass flake technology for extreme chemical and abrasion resistance. The highly cross-linked novolac epoxy system provides outstanding protection against aggressive chemicals, mineral acids, solvents, hot water immersion, and erosive service conditions. Designed for steel and concrete substrates, the coating is ideal for chemical storage tanks, bunded areas, pipelines, process equipment, and containment structures exposed to severe industrial environments.

Intended Uses
Epoxy Phenolic 175 Glass Flake has been specifically developed for industrial environments where conventional epoxy coatings may not provide sufficient resistance to aggressive chemicals, hot process liquids, abrasion, or erosion. The advanced novolac epoxy chemistry combined with glass flake reinforcement creates an exceptionally dense and chemically resistant lining capable of protecting steel and concrete structures exposed to chemical immersion, acidic environments, aqueous slurries, and elevated temperatures.
