Chemical Resistant Paint

Epoxy
Asphalt Mastic

Epoxy Asphalt Mastic is a premium two-component, high-build, asphalt-modified epoxy mastic coating developed to protect steel and concrete exposed to some of the harshest industrial and immersion environments. Formulated without coal tar, it provides all the proven protection traditionally associated with coal tar epoxy systems while eliminating the health, environmental, and application concerns linked to coal tar technology. The surface-tolerant, self-priming formulation delivers exceptional resistance to corrosion, water immersion, sewage, crude oil, chemical splash, and aggressive industrial atmospheres. Designed for long-term protection of buried, submerged, and splash-zone structures, Epoxy Asphalt Mastic provides a durable barrier against moisture ingress, chemical attack, abrasion, and soil stress, making it ideal for infrastructure, wastewater, mining, petrochemical, and heavy industrial applications.

Available in 5L & 20L kits.

Intended Uses

Epoxy Asphalt Mastic is specifically engineered for severe-duty industrial environments where long-term protection against immersion, corrosion, chemicals, and aggressive service conditions is essential. The coating performs exceptionally well on buried pipelines, underground storage tanks, wastewater treatment infrastructure, process plants, bridges, and concrete containment structures subjected to continuous moisture or chemical exposure. Its excellent adhesion to both steel and concrete, combined with outstanding flexibility and abrasion resistance, makes it a preferred solution for infrastructure operating in highly corrosive environments where conventional protective coatings may fail prematurely. It is also suitable as a lining for concrete tanks and reservoirs operating within a pH range of 4–10.

Typical Applications:

  • Underground steel storage tanks
  • Buried steel pipelines
  • Water treatment plants
  • Wastewater treatment facilities
