Using antistatic polyester cartridges with dust class M, the dust emission is less than 2mg/m³ after cleaning. Clemco's portable dust collector units provide a filter performance of up to 20,000m³ per hour with a maximum filter area of 156m², giving you the power and flexibility, you need for your construction site.

Vacuum System MB 220 E3 with recycling system
The MB 220 E3 vacuum system is specially designed for refeeding, recycling, and reusing abrasive media. It sucks used media into a vacuum silo, where it's cleaned by an air stream and separated from dust. The cleaned media falls into the blasting pot above it for immediate reuse. The system is well-coordinated, and a pre-separator cyclone prevents excessive dust loading, increasing the system's service life. It offers high performance with a recovery rate of up to 4 tons per hour over 10 meters. Despite its power, it's compact and flexible, ideal for space-limited applications. It can be used as a mobile unit or as an alternative to a blasting room's bucket elevator.
