Low viscosity methyl methacrylate deep penetrating crack repairer & sealer.
A 100% solids, two component, low viscosity, elasticized methyl methacrylate resin used to repair and seal cracks from hairline width to 3mm in concrete structures.
Available in 4 kg, 8 kg & 18 kg Kits.

Intended Uses
PlastiSeal® MMA Concrete Crack Sealer is used to repair and seal cracks in concrete structures. Due to low viscosity and surface tension, it has very good wetting power and penetrating behaviour. According to ASTM D 2369-10, Method E (standard test method for volatile content of coatings VOC the measured value is ‹70g / L).
Application Steps

Remove any debris, dust, dirt & water. Ensure the surface is clean & dry. Pre-heating will aid in drying deepest areas prior to application.

Add PLASTILINE® MMA BP Hardening Powder (Comp. B) to PLASTISEAL® MMA Concrete Crack Sealer (Comp. A) & mix well for 1 min.

Pour mixture into damages, ensuring they fill to edges.
04
Finish off with spreading the excess material evenly across the damages with a squeegee / roller.
