1K Concrete Coating
Water based finish coat for concrete/cementitious floors, wall & ceiling. A one component, water based, self-cross linking, hard pure acrylate sealer/finish for interior & exterior floors. Available in clear or coloured finishes to provide a hard wearing protective film on surfaces.

Intended Uses
SpecAqua® 1K Concrete coating is for concrete/masonry flooring such as cementitious screeds, polished concrete, paving blocks, terrazzo flooring either concrete or epoxy in residential and light industrial/commercial applications. In most cases SpecAqua® 1K Concrete Coating requires a primer Deep Penetrating Primer WB first.
The product is available Satin finish in clear or in colours. To be used on surfaces where a silky-smooth finish, with excellent scratch resistance and very high stain & chemical resistance are required. It will provide high dirt resistance and traffic resistance.
The product is designed to be applied by brush or roller without creating brush marks or roller marks, it has a very long open time allowing for continuous wet edge during application, however the long open time does not hinder the rapid drying properties of the product.
