Solvent Based Masonry Water Repellent. A one component solvent-based, deep penetrating, reactive silicone silane siloxane used for impregnating and priming mineral and highly alkali substrates.

Intended Uses
LEAKSEAL® Water Repelling Agent SB reacts with the atmospheric moisture or pore water in the substrates, creating a water-repelling silicone resin network in the building material, thereby greatly lowering the water absorbency of the substrate. Because this is not a film forming coating neither pores nor capillaries are clogged, the substrate retains a very high degree of water vapour permeability. Suitable for neutral to high alkaline silicate based mineral substrates, providing high effectiveness in the reduction of water uptake and effective protection of substrates in wind driven rain.
It offers good depth of penetration, high water beading effect and a considerable reduction of salt blooming all without causing a visual change to the substrate. The surface will remain recoatable with good adhesion of paints and coatings. Effective as protective sealers on concrete substrates such as bridge structures CMU etc.
