PLASTILINE® Dust Fixing & Concrete Primer SB
Solvent based, low viscosity rapid drying primer for dusty, dirty and porous road surfaces.
A one component, rapid drying, solvent based, very low viscosity clear primer based on a special blend of flexibilized methacrylate polymers.
Available in 5Lt, 20Lt and 210Lt.

Intended Uses
PLASTILINE® Dust Fixing & Concrete Primer SB is specifically designed for application to very dusty, dirty & poor road surfaces as primer and consolidating sealer before the application of road marking paints. This product works well on roads where dust and dirt are problematic and cannot be effectively swept away or where constant dust is landing on the road surface (e.g., roads near construction sites, deserts, very dry landscapes & townships).
Overly porous surfaces such as concrete, paving and curb stones can be effectively sealed with this product which in turn will enhance the overall adhesion and performance of the final traffic marking. This product’s low viscosity and surface tension will “lift” fine dust and dirt off the road surface and provide a bonding layer on which road marking paints can be applied. Application can be done on asphalt or concrete road surfaces.
In no way is this product a substitution for good surface preparation. Standard procedures for surface preparation apply.
