AERO2K® SPECQUICK Polyaspartic Clear is an advanced two-component aerosol clear coat based on aliphatic polyurea/polyaspartic technology. The factory-integrated hardener capsule allows for instant activation with no mixing required, ensuring consistent performance in field applications. Engineered for rapid turnaround maintenance, plant shutdowns, and emergency repairs, it delivers fast curing and quick return to service.
Once cured, it provides exceptional chemical resistance, abrasion and impact protection, and long-term corrosion resistance. The high-gloss, UV-stable, non-yellowing finish maintains clarity while protecting underlying surfaces and components.

Intended Uses

The product provides a protective clear coating for electrical and industrial components exposed to harsh, chemically aggressive environments. It can be applied directly to chemically passivated mild steel, galvanised steel, aluminium, and properly prepared epoxy-coated surfaces, offering excellent adhesion and protection without the need for a primer in many applications.

Remove button, flip can, attach to pin
Press firmly until it clicks to release hardener
After activation, shake can for 2 minutes then rest can for 15 minutes
Once activated, the chemical curing process begins
