Ceramic Paste Epoxy

Epoxy
Ceramic Paste

Epoxy Ceramic Paste is a premium two-component, solvent-free, amine-cured epoxy coating reinforced with high-performance ceramic particles to provide exceptional protection against abrasion, erosion, corrosion, and chemical attack. Supplied in a paste consistency, it is designed for direct application onto steel, concrete, and fibreglass without the need for a primer, making it ideal for rebuilding worn components while simultaneously providing long-term protective lining performance. The ceramic-filled formulation creates an extremely hard, smooth surface that reduces wear caused by abrasive slurries, turbulent flow, and mechanical erosion, extending the service life of pumps, valves, heat exchangers, process equipment, and immersion structures. It is also certified for potable water applications in accordance with SANS 1217 Type 1B, making it suitable for water treatment and potable water infrastructure.

Intended Uses

Epoxy Ceramic Paste is specifically developed for repairing, rebuilding, and protecting industrial equipment exposed to severe abrasion, erosion, corrosion, and immersion conditions. The ceramic-filled epoxy restores damaged surfaces while creating a durable protective barrier capable of withstanding aggressive service environments. It is widely used to repair worn pump casings, impellers, valves, heat exchangers, tube sheets, fan blades, and circulation equipment where conventional repair methods are impractical or costly. The product also serves as a seamless repair compound for rigid polyurethane and epoxy lining systems, making it an ideal maintenance solution for industrial plants, water treatment facilities, mining operations, and process industries.
