Patching Compound®
Cement Mortar Flexi
Dry blend, cement-based repair mortar. A dry mix blend of graded silica, fast setting cement and polymers, mixed on site with tap water or PATCHING COMPOUND®Cement Modifier Flexi to produce a ready-mix repair mortar with a high compressive strength.

- Can take light traffic after 4 hours at 25°C
- Can take heavy traffic and overcoating after 24 hours at 25°C
- Ideal for use on damaged floors, walls etc.
- Can be thinned for use as a fairing compound

- Can be over-coated with flooring e.g. tiles, the following day

Intended Uses
Designed for repairs and multi-purpose patching of cementitious or mineral surfaces in a wide range of applications such as Industrial cement floors, floor underlays, interior & exterior walls, concrete slabs, industrial & sports flooring. Mixed with tap water, provides a general, quick & easy to use repair mortar to fill cracks & holes.
When used with PATCHING COMPOUND® Cement Modifier Flexi it provides enhanced adhesion to various substrates such as concrete, brick, wood, metal, and others.
