Solvent Free Epoxy

Epoxy
Phenolic 175

Epoxy Phenolic 175 is a high-build, solvent-free two-component epoxy phenolic novolac lining designed for severe chemical service environments. The advanced novolac epoxy technology provides exceptional resistance to mineral acids, alkalis, solvents, chemicals, abrasion, erosion, and elevated temperatures. Its highly cross-linked structure creates a dense protective barrier that delivers long-term protection for steel and concrete assets exposed to aggressive chemical immersion, chemical splash zones, and corrosive process environments.

Available in 5L and 20L kits.

Intended Uses

Epoxy Phenolic 175 is specifically formulated as a heavy-duty protective lining for assets exposed to aggressive chemical attack, elevated temperatures, abrasion, and immersion conditions. The highly cross-linked novolac epoxy matrix provides superior protection against a wide range of acids, alkalis, industrial chemicals, solvents, and process fluids. It is ideally suited to chemical processing facilities, water treatment plants, mining operations, petrochemical installations, and manufacturing facilities where conventional epoxy coatings may not provide sufficient chemical resistance.

Typical Applications:

  • Chemical storage tanks
  • Acid storage tanks
  • Alkali storage tanks
  • Process vessels
  • Chemical containment bunds
  • Secondary containment areas
  • Concrete bund walls
  • Steel bund structures
  • Internal pipe linings
  • Process pipework
  • Culverts and drainage structures
  • Effluent treatment facilities
  • Water treatment plants
  • Chemical processing facilities
  • Mining process plants
  • Refinery process areas
