ALUSHIELD® Aluminium Flake Epoxy Mastic is a two-component, solvent-based aluminium flake pigmented epoxy coating engineered for metal roof refurbishment and corrosion control. The coating combines ultra-high solids technology with aluminium flake reinforcement and corrosion-inhibiting pigments to create a durable, self-priming protective barrier that extends the service life of aging metal roof structures.

Intended Uses
ALUSHIELD® Aluminium Flake Epoxy Mastic is designed for metal roof restoration and long-term protective maintenance across industrial, commercial and coastal environments where corrosion resistance and high-build protection are essential.
The coating is surface tolerant and suitable for application over hand-prepared, weathered or previously coated metal surfaces, delivering strong adhesion and high-build protection with minimal surface preparation. Designed for use on galvanised roofs, factory-coated metal roofing and hand-prepared rusty steel, it provides excellent resistance to moisture, salt spray, weathering and industrial exposure, making it ideal for coastal, industrial and high-humidity locations.
