A high-performance, water-based exterior façade and roof coating with solar-UV-curing technology that delivers excellent durability, elasticity, crack-bridging and long-term weather resistance while allowing the substrate to breathe.
SpecElastic® Façade Coating is a one-component, water-based pure acrylic exterior coating formulated with new-generation solar-UV-curing technology. It provides a smooth, durable finish with excellent resistance to weathering, moisture, dirt pickup and environmental degradation, while offering strong elasticity and crack-bridging performance for long-term surface protection.

Intended Uses
SpecElastic® Façade Coating is designed for exterior façade and roof protection systems in both new-build and renovation projects where long-term durability, breathability and crack-bridging performance are required.
The coating functions as an anti-carbonation barrier with CO₂ diffusion resistance and controlled water-vapour transmission, helping protect masonry and concrete structures against deterioration. It is highly UV-stable and colour-fade resistant, allowing tinting to virtually any colour for both new construction and refurbishment applications.
Typical applications include:
- Exterior masonry and concrete façades — protection against carbonation and weathering
- Renovation of tightly adherent acrylic wall coatings
- Breathable exterior wall systems used in conjunction with compatible primers
- Sloped roof and horizontal surfaces requiring a waterproofing membrane (> 0.5 mm film build)
- Roofs and façades exposed to driving rain, UV and environmental stress
- Architectural surfaces requiring dirt-resistant, colour-stable protection
