PLASTISEAL® PUMMA Pourable Joint Sealant
Seamless elastomeric pourable joint sealant.
A 100% solids, two component highly elastic, reactive polyurethane methyl methacrylate, solvent free, self-levelling resin for direct pouring of the mixed material into horizontal joints to provide an extremely durable seamless finish. Resistant to water migration, salts, chemicals, gasoline, oils, and anti-freeze.

Intended Uses
Typically used to seal horizontal joints. A highly elastic yet tough sealant which will protect joint edges from heavy wheel loads, impact, chemicals, and water ingress. Used to seal/fill saw cut joints in floors, sealing around gullies, channels and drains, expansion joints and contraction joints in both interior and exterior conditions.
Adhesion of the joint sealant should never be to three areas, only to pre-primed vertical faces.
Application Steps

Remove any debris, dust, dirt & water. Ensure the joint are clean & dry. Pre-heating will aid in drying deepest areas prior to application.

Add PLASTILINE® MMA BP Hardening Powder (Comp. B) to Comp. A & mix well for 1 min. Tape out the edges of the joint to ensure neat sealing.

Pour mixture into joints, ensuring they fill to edges. Use a scraper to smooth over once material has been poured.

Finish off with removing masking tape around the joints.
