Water based, flexible, aliphatic polyurethane coating for interior floors & walls. A water based, zero VOC, two component, flexible aliphatic polyurethane coating available in an ultra-smooth matt or gloss finish. Available in clear or colours.

Intended Uses
SpecAqua 2K PU Flexi Floors & Lines is designed for use on interior floors & walls as a flexible, abrasion resistant finish coat that is easy to clean & highly resistant to a range of chemicals, food spills & fats. SpecAqua 2K PU Flexi Floors & Lines can be used on residential, commercial & industrial floors in high foot traffic areas in solid colours or as a clear sealer.
This product can also be used in sports flooring applications as the finishcoat in the polyurethane indoor court system, and for demarcations & area marking on PVC floor tiles. The coating has zero VOC and is excellent for healthcare / clean room environments, no odours are emitted during installation. SpecAqua 2K PU Flexi Floors & Lines is applied in multiple layers by roller, brush or airless spray application.
SpecAqua 2K PU Flexi Floors & Lines is suitable for application to a wide range of suitably primed surfaces including:
- PVC – Rigid and flexible e.g. vinyl flooring, flooring decals / prints / designs
- Concrete – Raw, polished, screeds and decorative cement flooring
- Epoxies or other flooring resins as a matt finish topcoat
- Hardwood flooring, skirtings, and claddings
