Epoxy polyurethane technologies combine complementary characteristics of epoxy and polyurethane chemistry to achieve a balance of adhesion, toughness, chemical resistance, flexibility and exterior durability. This combination can provide broader performance characteristics than systems relying exclusively on one of these resin technologies.

These coatings are suited to industrial and protective applications where surfaces may experience both chemical or mechanical exposure and changing exterior environmental conditions. Depending on the formulation, epoxy polyurethane technology can be used on steel, equipment and other suitably prepared substrates where durable protection, flexibility and weather resistance are required as part of the overall coating performance.
