Polyurethane hybrid sealants combine performance characteristics associated with polyurethane technology and silane-modified polymers to produce flexible, durable sealing systems. These formulations provide excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates together with good movement capability and resistance to weathering and environmental exposure.

Typically supplied as single-component systems, polyurethane hybrids provide convenient application without on-site mixing and can be suitable for overpainting where compatible coating systems are used. Their balance of adhesion, flexibility and exterior durability makes them particularly useful for construction joints, industrial sealing and general maintenance applications where a dependable, weather-resistant seal is required.
