Polyurethane POLYFAST Technology

Proprietary polyurethane technology combining an extended working pot life with exceptionally rapid curing, high gloss and an ultra-smooth finished surface.

POLYFAST is a proprietary polyurethane technology developed to overcome the traditional compromise between usable pot life and rapid curing. The technology provides pot lives exceeding approximately 2–4 hours while still delivering outstanding curing speeds, giving applicators an extended working period without sacrificing production efficiency or return-to-service time.

POLYFAST coatings cure rapidly at ambient temperatures and can also be force cured at temperatures of up to 80°C for approximately 30 minutes to achieve a fully cured coating. In addition to its accelerated curing characteristics, the technology produces exceptional depth of gloss, an ultra-smooth surface appearance and a dried film with high surface slip.

This combination makes POLYFAST particularly suited to industrial finishing applications where productivity, application control, surface quality and rapid processing are important requirements.
