A flexible, liquid-applied, water-based elastomeric waterproof coating that cures to form a seamless, fully adhered and UV-resistant membrane for long-term protection of flat and pitched roof systems.
LEAKSEAL® Liquid Rubber Waterproofing is a one-component, water-based pure acrylic waterproofing coating designed to create a durable, elastic and tightly adherent waterproof layer over a wide range of roofing and building substrates. Applied by roller, brush or spray, the coating forms a seamless, crack-bridging membrane that resists UV exposure, weathering, thermal movement and surface cracking on both flat and pitched roofs.

Intended Uses
Its highly thixotropic formulation allows excellent film build on horizontal and vertical surfaces, making it ideal for complex details, joints and exposed problem areas. The coating helps extend the service life of new and existing roof systems, including bitumen and torch-on membranes, by forming a fully bonded, watertight protective barrier with outstanding tensile strength and elasticity.
LEAKSEAL® Liquid Rubber Waterproofing is designed for liquid-applied waterproofing systems across a wide range of substrates and roof conditions. It is suitable for both refurbishment and new-build applications where a seamless elastomeric membrane is required.
Typical applications include:
- Flat and pitched roofs — general waterproofing and re-waterproofing
- Highly detailed and complex roof areas with limited access
- Refurbishment of failing or aging roof membranes including bituminous, metal and synthetic (PVC or TPO) systems
- Maintenance coating for existing torch-on and bitumen roofs
