Anti-Corrosive WB
A new-generation, high-build water-based acrylate anti-corrosive primer with exceptional flexibility, elongation and adhesion for steel and metal substrates — designed for long-term corrosion protection in demanding environments.
SpecNox Anti-Corrosive WB is a single-component, high-build waterborne acrylate primer engineered to deliver outstanding adhesion, flexibility and corrosion resistance on a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metal substrates. The coating combines very high elongation and hydrophobic properties with strong anti-corrosive performance, making it suitable for use in protection and refurbishment applications across industrial, commercial and structural environments.

Intended Uses
Although primarily formulated as a corrosion-protective primer, SpecNox Anti-Corrosive WB also offers good UV resistance, enabling it to be used as a monocoat system where a primer-and-finish solution is preferred. The coating is capable of achieving up to 200 µm dry film thickness per coat, delivering salt-spray resistance of up to 1,000 hours at 200 μm, suitable for steel protection in C4-L to C5-I/M environments when correctly applied and specified.
SpecNox Anti-Corrosive WB is designed for corrosion protection of metal structures and components where strong adhesion, flexibility and long-term durability are required. It is suitable for new construction, refurbishment and maintenance coating projects.
