MILCOAT® Aircraft PU - UV Block
Our two-pack polyurethane coating, featuring Polyfast technology, offers exceptional UV and weather resistance.
With a pot life exceeding 2-4 hours, it provides outstanding curing speeds while maintaining flexibility. This coating can cure rapidly at ambient temperatures and can also be baked for a fully cured finish in just 30 minutes at 80 degrees Celsius. Its high gloss and smooth surface appearance make it a top choice for a range of applications.

MILCOAT® Ammo Mouth Varnish
A single component, solvent based, phenolic resin modified bitumen coating designed to comply with Defence force standard "Waterproofing Compound BP 41 Document No. 107 0016 Issue 1".
MILCOAT® Ammo Mouth Varnish has been specifically designed for application as a sealing layer for the interior top surface of cartridges to waterproof the seal with the inserted projectile. It forms a vacuum tight seal between the cartidge & the projectile & does not corrode the brass.
Creates an excellent seal.
Flexible for a 24 hour period, during the drying process.
Does not corrode brass.
MILCOAT® Ammo 2K Silicone Sealant
A two component, thixotropic reactive methyl phenyl silicone sealant designed to be applied by trowel/spatula.
MILCOAT® Ammo 2K Silicone Sealant is designed to seal ammunition between the cartridge & the projectile, to produce a waterproof seal. This waterproof seal has excellent heat resistance, is weathering and age resistant.

A two component, solvent based, UV stabilized matt polyurethane acrylic coating designed to comply with defense standards RSA-MIL-SPEC 42 – ISSUE 5:2005.
MILCOAT® PU Land Systems 03 Matt has been specifically designed for application as a matt finish coat for military land systems providing excellent weathering resistance & resistance to mechanical action. This product can also be used on heavy transport vehicles, trailers, buses & electronic panel equipment.
High crosslinking polyurethane.
