SIMPLY® Roof & Wall Paint is a high-performance one-component, water-based pure acrylic coating designed for long-lasting protection and aesthetic performance on a wide variety of suitably primed surfaces. Engineered as a durable roof coating, this versatile product adheres exceptionally well to galvanized iron, Chromadek, metal substrates, fibre cement, and cement roof tiles, delivering a tough, weather-resistant finish.

Intended Uses
Beyond roofing applications, SIMPLY® Roof & Wall Paint also serves as a premium finish coat for walls, cladding, gutters, downpipes, galvanized garage doors, zinc-alume, and aluzinc surfaces. Its pure acrylic formulation offers excellent adhesion, colour retention, UV resistance, and long-term durability in harsh outdoor environments.
When combined with a reinforcing polyester fabric membrane, SIMPLY® Roof & Wall Paint provides enhanced waterproofing properties, making it suitable for sealing roof joints, flashings, parapets, and areas prone to water entry. This integrated system forms a flexible, watertight barrier designed to withstand seasonal movement and weather exposure.
